Simply Ghee Honey Ghee is made with honey from Wamplers Honey in Manheim, Pennsylvania. They started beekeeping in 1994 part-time with 1 hive. In 2008 they went full time and the rest is history! Today they rent hives to farmers, sell bees, collect, process and sell honey. Their wildflower honey is unfiltered so it contains very small pollen particles and has been pasteurized at 140 degrees.
