Gluten-free long grain brown rice.
When only the outermost layer of a grain of rice is removed, brown rice is produced. Long grain rice can be served alone or in stews, pilafs, stir-fry's, casseroles, salads, soups or with vegetables.
Directions: Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup rice, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp salt. Simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 3 cups.
