Organic White Quinoa
Quinoa is loaded with protein, about 17%, which is more than any other grain available! This grain is also high in iron, calcium, potassium and other valuable nutrients and most commonly used as a substitute for rice in many recipes.
Quinoa is actually a seed – not a grain – from a plant related to spinach, beets, and Swiss chard. Call it what you will. We’ll just call it delicious. It has a pleasant fluffy consistency and delicate, slightly nutty flavor.
