Toasted Corn Nuts
Toasted Corn Nuts are a crunchy and salty bite-sized snack. They are prepared by soaking whole corn kernels in water for three days, then deep-frying them in oil until they are hard and brittle. Try popping each kernel into your mouth one by one or enjoy them by the handful!
